The FAA-PMA RP1030-P profile is designed for "pedestal" avionic installations such as those found in Cirrus and Lancair aircraft.

This profile is also a good candidate for helicopter pedestal installations. It's benefits include high strength, and direct replacement for most OEM pedestal installations.
