Radiorax RK5000 Tray Cam Kits are designed to move "that one unit" in your stack that just doesn't quite line up with the rest. Most of your avionics will automatically install flush in a Radiorax tray stack, but since avionics manufacturers have not standardized tray mount dimensions, the faces of avionics in mixed-vendor stacks may not be perfectly flush.

Tray Cams are designed to provide 1/4" fore - aft adjustment of an avionics unit. A 1/2" hole is punched in the side of the tray at each mounting hole location using the Radiorax RT500 Tray Cam Installation Tool.

The combination of FAA-PMA Radiorax Tray Cams and a Radiorax Tray Mount Installation Kit provides a solid, yet fully adjustable avionics mounting system for asthetically pleasing results.
